Nothing 02:51
All I want is something All I got is nothing Just give me something to sing Back to the start I don't know where the start is Geez this is a difficult thing Look at the time Where has it gone? I've been sitting here writing for far too long Just tryna finish this song This song Still got nothing I still want something Got something inadequate again So many words So little time Why's it so hard to write another rhyme?
2.
Well I can't sing and I can't dance But I could do anything if you give me the chance Give me the chance And if you say yes then I'll say no But if I could say anything before i have to go Before I have to go And all the while Just gotta stop and stare Take a little time Just to live and just to breathe While the rest of the world Is so young and so naive If it feels like home then it must be home And if you feel alone then something doesn't belong It doesn't belong And if war is peace then love is hate But if love is hate then where do our ends meet? Do our ends meet?
3.
No one is happy Cause happiness is a bore I'm searching for something Something a little more You were the first thing That came into my mind I know that's wrong But I think you're just so right Hit me so quickly babe Take all my fears away With you by my side I will abide My minds preoccupied With memories of a whore She said I was nothing She wanted something a little more And then I found you (and oh you'll stay true) And oh you'll stay true With you by my side I'll push my world aside For you Baby don't come astray And please don't go away You know it's true I really do love you
4.
52 04:47
I woke up at night and got out of bed That déjà vu got stuck inside of my head (Inside of my head) I heard somewhere that I knew you heard me You're a superhuman, please don't hurt me (Please don't hurt me) Prostitution Your constitution No prosecution In the land of hallow dreams Why don't you take a trip and stay with me? You said you were trying to comfort me And you said you were trying to rescue me (Please don't hurt me) Futures falling I can see it coming down I could use some help but there's no one around (Please don't hurt me) Futures falling I can see it coming down I could use some help but there's no one around (Free Us)

about

In the past 5 years as a band, Slacker Justice has written many songs and in the summer of 2015, it was time for them to record their debut EP.

In the studio of Collin Carnegie, deep in the woods of Calabogie, Ontario, this EP was born.

This album opens with a bald, yet catchy rock song. Followed by two intelligent, soulful songs with great energy. The album closes with a powerful, guitar-driven, anthemic song.

about

Slacker Justice Pembroke, Ontario

Slacker Justice is a two piece indie-rock band from the cozy little town of Pembroke, Ontario.

Nearly 7 years ago Slacker Justice was formed and through many changes, it wasn't until January 2016 that they fell into their groove.

With a more simplified and melodic sound, Slacker Justice had begun writing many acoustic guitar and synth driven songs.
